ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents No.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents No.1 to 3.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent was married one Iyyappan and they have got female child namely Kalaivani. Now she is in care and custody of this petitioner. The fourth respondent left matrimonial home before the death of her husband, living with some other person and now the articles and jewellery, which belongs to her husband and savings in the joint custody of this petitioner and the above said minor girl. Now seeking return of the above said articles and as well as the money, the fourth respondent has given a complaint before the third respondent. 2/4

4. Since the above said jewellery and money are in the joint account of the above said minor and this petitioner, the fourth respondent is directed to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
