Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent police not to harass the petitioner and not to entertain any complaint from the 2nd respondent and further directed the 2nd respondent to work out their remedy under law and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a mandamus not to harass the petitioner by entertaining the complaint of the second respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent states that there is no complaint from the second respondent and the police has not even called the petitioner for enquiry. Therefore, the allegation that the petitioner is harassed by the police, is false and imaginary.

3.Since there is no complaint by the second respondent as alleged by the petitioner herein, there is no scope for harassing the petitioner herein and therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as devoid of merit. No costs.
