ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to transfer the enquiry in respect of a complaint given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No. 01450 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint before the second respondent police on 10.01.2022 but so far no action has been initiated and thereby he sought for transfer of investigation to some other police station.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the strength of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was initiated and statements of witnesses were recorded and the enquiry was also closed.

4. Since the enquiry has already been conducted and closed, cause does not survive for the petitioner to seek transfer. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
