The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent No.3 to grant permission to conduct public meeting of the Senkathi Iyakkam at the Town Panchayath Kalai Arangam, Sethur, Virudhungar District on 25.09.2016 from 07.00 PM to 10.30 PM.

2.Mr.K.P.Krishna Doss, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.Mr.R.Karunanidhi, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider his representation dated 10.09.2016 in a time frame.
