Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The Writ petitioners herein are widows. They were getting pension. It has been stopped, without notice to them. Therefore, they have come to this Court seeking the relief.
3. It is not in dispute that the petitioners were originally given pension and it has been stopped without notice. Therefore, the Writ petition stands allowed. The respondents are directed to resume the payment of pension. No costs.
