ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 353 and 379 of I.P.C., and r/w Section 21(1) of Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation), Act, 1957, in Crime No.412 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and others said to have illegally transported river sand. Hence, a case has been registered.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

CRL OP(MD). No.13431 of 2020 4.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
