ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to change the investigation pending before the third respondent to second respondent for the petitioner's complaint in receipt No.591 of 2018, dated 07.09.2018 and 18.07.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.471 of 2019 for the offence under Section 379 of IPC.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, change of investigation cannot be ordered at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the third respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
