PRAYER :- To Extend the time to surrender and to execute the surety bonds in Crl. O.P.(MD) No. 8283/2019 dated 01/07/2019 in Crime No. 77 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.8283 of 2019, dated 01/07/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since they are unable to furnish sureties they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court.
