When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner already submitted an application under voluntary retirement scheme and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

2.Considering the submission so made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that the request of the petitioner is under consideration and the same would be finalised within a period of two weeks.
