2.On the strength of the interim order that was passed by the District Munsif, Devakottai, in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.16 of 2022, in favour of the petitioner, representation was made by the petitioner seeking police protection to enter the property in T.S.No.121/1A situated at Ward-B of Devakottai Town, on 17.04.2023.

3.Let the above said representation be disposed of by summoning the petitioner as well as the private respondents herein in the light of the pending suit, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
