PRAYER :- To extend the time of the petitioners appearance before the Judicial Magistrate, Theni for executing bond with sureties as per order passed in Crl.O.P. No.(MD) No. 7890 of 2019 dated 05/07/2019 and pass such further or other orders. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7890 of 2019, dated 05/07/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that unable and hence he/she/they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the bail bond is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
