To enhance the award amount passed in M.C.O.P.No.99 of 2019 dated 28.11.2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Principal District Court), Ramanathapuram from Rs.4,15,000/- to Rs.10,30,000/- by modifying the Award amount in this Appeal along with interest and cost payable to the Appellant.
