PRAYER :- To grant an order of extension of time , granted in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 9139 of 2019 dated 28-06-2019 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.9139 of 2019, dated 28/06/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that unable and hence he/she/they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
