O RDER This petition is filed seeking quashment of the FIR in Crime No.47 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent No.1 police. 2.It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the police have completed the investigation and the charge sheet is also ready and the same will be filed shortly before the concerned Court. The same is recorded. 3.Since the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet is about to file, the purpose, for which this petition is filed, becomes infructuous, thereby this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
