O R D E R

This is a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to provide pensionary benefits to the petitioner, within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.The petitioner, Kamatchi has applied for grant of service benefits after the death of her husband, on 18.11.2008. It is stated that the petitioner is the wife of late Alagarsamy, who was working as Sanitary worker and after his death, the retirement benefits are not disbursed to her. The Death Certificate of her husband is enclosed. While the petitioner is alive, her husband https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

married somebody else, which is illegal in law and therefore, the petitioner is eligible for pension benefits. So saying the petitioner has given a representation, dated 19.02.2016. As the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.Under such circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.02.2016, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
