ORDER

The petitioner apprehends the threat of his life, liberty as he faces threat from the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has purchased a piece of property from the second respondent, that the second respondent had promised to deliver possession within a month, that even though the time has expired for delivery of property, the second respondent refused to deliver the possession and that when the petitioner insisted the second respondent to deliver the possession of the property, the second respondent held out threats.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint is pending in CSR.No.157 of 2018.

The first respondent police is now directed to hold an enquiry for the limited purpose of ascertaining the threat perception of the petitioner to his life, liberty and take such appropriate decision to secure the same to the petitioner.
