1083 of 2018:- Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the operation of the execution of the sentence and conviction passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichirappalli dated 13.12.2017 in S.C.No.141 of 2015 and direct to released the accused on bail pending disposal of the appeal and to pass such other order or direction may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.BABU RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.A.

ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The Accused / Medical Professor found guilty by the trial Court for the offence under Section 3 of TNPPDL Act. While suspending the sentence, this Court imposed a condition that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

petitioner should appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender Month. Now the petitioner seeks total relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition. 4.Taking note of the above fact, this Court is inclined to modify the condition.
