ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The Accused / Medical Professor found guilty by the trial Court for the offence under Section 3 of TNPPDL Act. petitioner should appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender Month. Now the petitioner seeks total relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition. 4.Taking note of the above fact, this Court is inclined to modify the condition.
