[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner initially failed to implead the beneficiaries of the allotment. This Court, taking into consideration of the fact that the request is to cancel the assignment, directed the petitioner to file an application for impleading. Though the application was filed on 02.02.2016, the fact remains that the petitioner has not taken any effort for posting the Writ Petition. impleading petition now and issuing notice to the parties. It is open to the petitioner to file a comprehensive Writ Petition, after impleading the necessary parties.

2. The Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to file a comprehensive Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
