O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to take necessary action against respondent Nos.2 and 3 based on the complaint dated 18.01.2023 on the file of the first respondent, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is working as a coolie worker. One Sabarimalai borrowed a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- from respondent Nos.2 and 3. The petitioner offered his landed properties as security for the loan availed by the said Sabarimalai. Thereafter, the said Sabarimalai failed to repay the loan, and consequently, respondent Nos.2 and 3 initiated legal action against the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made a complaint to the first respondent alleging violation of the norms governing financial institutions. However, the said complaint has not been taken on file till date. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.01.2023 would be disposed of in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the complaint made by the petitioner dated 18.01.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
