The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.01.2017 for including his name in the patta No.2277 issued by the respondent in Survey No.57/1A1 to an extent of 14 cents at T.Kallupatti Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District.

2.Mr.V.P.Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent has passed orders issuing patta in favour of the petitioner's brother and therefore, the petitioner wants to challenge the order in the appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law. No costs.
