PRAYER:Criminal Revision Petition - filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 16.07.2018 made in M.C.No.112 of 2014 on the file of the learned Family Court Madurai and set aside the same by allowing the above revision petition. For Petitioner: No Appearance

When the matter is taken up for hearing, today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
2.This Criminal Revision Petition is directed against fixing maintenance of a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent, who is the wife of the revision petitioner. The revision petitioner is an Armed Reserve Police Constable and drawing a sum of Rs.41,000/- per month.
3.After considering the rival submissions, the Court below had fixed the maintenance amount as Rs.10,000/-. This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the amount fixed by the Court below, which is neither excessive nor arbitrary. Hence, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed.
