ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the Respondents to take suitable action to disconnect the water connection in the Petitioner's house at Old No.16, New No.19, Kurinchi Nagar 3rd Street, South Kattoor, Trichy. 2.Upon notice, Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents entered appearance and according to him, the water connection given to the petitioner has been disconnected. However, he would submit that there is due from the petitioner towards water charges payable to the respondent. 3.In the circumstances, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition and the same disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to pay the water charges as demanded by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent Corporation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
