ORDER : These civil miscellaneous petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.P.JESSI JEEVA PRIYA, Advocate for the petitioner in all petitions and of Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent in all petitions, the Court made the following order:- These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 353 days in paying the deficit Court Fee of Rs.2,000/- each in the above appeals in C.M.A.(MD)SR.Nos.48835 to 48839 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 353 days in paying the deficit Court Fee of Rs.2,000/- each in the above appeals in C.M.A.(MD)SR.Nos.48835 to 48839 of 2023 is condoned on the payment of cost of Rs.500/- each to Siddha Centre, Madurai, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, operated by the Registrar 3/5
