*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment caused by the fifth and sixth respondents, in respect of a land owned by Arulmigu Angala Parameshwari Amman Thirukoil, Senkottai Enathi Village, Sivagangai District.

2. We direct the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Sivagangai District, to take appropriate action for removal of the encroachment, after issuing notice to the alleged encroachers including fifth and sixth respondents. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
