PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to disburse Crop Insurance Money for the year 2016-2017 to the Petitioner.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction, to direct the respondents to disburse Crop Insurance Money for the year 20162017 to the Petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the S.No.449, 457, Patta No.576 and 1215 belongs to the petitioner, in which he cultivated paddy, for which, insurance has been taken. Due to draught in the year 2016, his paddy were dried. Therefore, he made a representation to the respondents for disbursing the insurance money for the year 2016-2017. So far no action has been taken, hence this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on records.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2019 and pass appropriate orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.16815 of 2019 merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
