ORDER

The decree holder is the revision petitioner herein. A suit for specific performance was filed way back in the year 2002. E.P.No.145 of 2012 was filed in the year 2012. Sale deed was executed. Thereafter, applications were taken out for possession and also for bringing legal representatives on record. Both EAs namely, E.A.No.2 of 2015 renumbered as E.A.No.1 of 2017 and E.A.No.38 of 2016 renumbered as E.A.No.2 of 2017 in E.P.No.145 of 2012 are pending.

2. In view of the above, the Executing Court is directed to dispose of both EAs namely, E.A.No.1 of 2017 and E.A.No.2 of 2017 in E.P.No.145 of 2012 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
