ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the objection of the petitioners dated 09.06.2025, against the survey of the property situated in Survey Nos.323/1B and 323/2, Ward No.29, Matheena Nagar, Kadayanallur Town, Tenkasi District. 2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3, on instructions from the second respondent, would submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in W.P(MD)No.16574 of 2025 filed by the fourth respondent herein, the survey was conducted on 04.06.2025.

3.Since, according to the official respondents, the survey was already conducted on 04.06.2025, the prayer sought for by the petitioners seeking consideration of their objection has become infructuous. Recording the statement made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
