O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks a direction for removal of the encroachments in question.
2.It is pointed out that the second respondent herein had already issued proceedings dated 19.01.2016 in this regard. But, no follow up action has been taken till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3.This Court directs the fourth respondent herein to take appropriate action in accordance with law pursuant to the communication dated 19.01.2016 issued by the second respondent. The fourth respondent shall issue notice to the affected parties before causing removal of the encroachments. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
