This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the case in C.C.No.301 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the second respondent already filed a petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8629 of 2020 seeking speedy disposal of the above said case and this Court, by an order dated 19.08.2020, directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to dispose the above case, within six months. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13515 of 2020 3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered, at this stage. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
