The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to order for a fresh enquiry under the Tamil Nadu Dowry Prohibition Rules by any other Officer other than the 2nd respondent herein on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2016. 2.Mr.K.P.Krishna Doss, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction be issued to the first respondent to consider her representation dated 07.08.2016.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going to the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
