For Petitioner : Ms.A.Rajini in both petitions For Respondents 1 and 2 : Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen Additional Government Pleader in both petitions COMMON ORDER The petitioners are depositors, who had invested their hard earned money in "Green Shield Agrotech Limited" but neither got the interest nor the principal. On the complaint given by one such depositor, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.4 of 2016 for offences under Sections 406, 420, 120(b) of Indian Penal Code and Section 5 of TNPID Act, on the file of the Economic Offences Wing-II, Virudhunagar, against the fifth respondent. While so, the petitioners are before this Court with these writ petitions.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader is present and submitted that the police are gathering secret information about the availability of assets of the Company so that they can send a proposal to the State Government for taking action under Section 3 of TNPID Act.

3. Recording the same, these petitions are closed. No Costs.
