ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in 1/3

connection with a case in Crime No.60 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, on 20.05.2024, the accused have started to quarrel with the defacto complainant, abused him using filthy language and assaulted him. Hence the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the victim sustained grievous injury on his head and the petitioner is having two previous cases to his credit.

5. Considering the nature of injury, antecedent of the petitioner and also considering that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to 2/3

grant any relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
