ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P. (MD).No. 7301 of 2026 vide order dated 15.04.2026 by this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, the fact that the investigation is pending, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
