The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the sale deed No.1649 of 2020 executed by one Jayapaul Mohan in favour of one Mithias, dated 21.08.2020 in the third respondent office and quash the same and further direct the third respondent not to encumbrance the property further till the final order passed by the second respondent in respect of the fabrication of Will and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.04.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 29.04.2024. On 29.04.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 04.06.2024 under the caption for dismissal. Even today, (i.e.,04.06.2024), there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
