O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry upon the alleged facts pertain to in crime no.142/2023 in 3rd respondent police station.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the above said occurrence these petitioners were injured. On the next day of the above said occurrence, the police team made search in the house of the petitioner and caused damage to the articles. On the basis of the above said occurrence the Crime No.142 of 2020 has been registered. Thereafter, they are making trouble.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that only for the purpose of investigation, search was made. If the petitioner received any summon, he has to appear before the respondent police and co-operate for the enquiry. If any trouble arises, he can approach the concerned authority and workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. There is no question of harassment herein. 2/4

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
