submit that as per the direction issued by this Court, the patta for the subject property has been restored to its original position as it stood prior to the issuance of patta in favour of the third respondent in the writ petition. He has also produced the copy of the order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.11217/2013/E1, dated 30.06.2025. The copy of the order was also served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
