Accordingly, the F.I.R in Crime No.388 of 2017, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sivakasi East Police Station, Virudhunagar District, is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
