O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 Police not to harass the petitioner basing on a complaint alleged to have been filed by respondent Nos.3 and 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is stranger to respondent Nos.3 and 4 and that he does not know as to why respondent Nos.3 and 4 have made any complaint against the petitioner and that respondent No.2 has issued summons directing the petitioner to appear on 24.06.2018 at 11.00 a.m. Accordingly, he made appearance. It is also submitted that he came to know that the respondent No.3 has subsequently filed a complaint against him and in spite of that, the petitioner is harassing and thereby, sought for suitable directions.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the other hand submits that two complaints have been received against the petitioner that he is running a job racketing and when notice has been given on the earlier occasion also, the petitioner never bother to appear 2/4

before the police. Subsequently, respondent No.3 has filed one more complaint, on which, notices were issued to the petitioner to appear on 24.06.2023 and on which date, the petitioner has not appeared. It is submitted that in case, the petitioner appears before the Court, they will make an enquiry basing on the representation given by the third respondent and dispose of the petition. The same is recorded.

4. Considering the circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to appear before the Police on 20.07.2023 and within two weeks thereafter, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to dispose of the representation filed by the third respondent.
