: Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2014 and 17.02.2014 seeking the second respondent to measure and demarcate the petitioner's properties in S.No.202/4C and 5B, Old S.No.383/4 and 5, situated in Bothavur Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District and seeking the first respondent to issue patta respectively within the time frame stipulated by this Court. The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2014 and 17.02.2014 seeking the second respondent to measure and demarcate the petitioner's properties in S.No.202/4C and 5B, Old S.No.383/4 and 5, situated in Bothavur Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District and seeking the first respondent to issue a patta within the stipulated period of time.

2. The petitioner filed an application before the respondents to measure his property and also paid fees. But, so far the respondents are not taking any steps to survey the property. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ petition.

3. Since the application is pending from 2014 and the petitioner has also paid necessary fees, the respondents are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.01.2014, after issuing notice to the rival claimants and affording an opportunity of hearing, pass an orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
