The petition in Crl.M.P(MD)No.9785 of 2023 has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2632 of 2023 dated 10.03.2023.

2. The petition in Crl.M.P(MD)No.9050 of 2023 has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 to 3, by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2632 of 2023 dated 10.03.2023.

3. In compliance of the order of this Court, now the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.9785 of 2023 has taken a demand draft for a sum of Rs.50,000/- and that has been handed over to the respondent who is present before this Court.

4. So far as the second accused is concerned, he is not before this Court. It has been stated by the defacto complainant that he now filed an application for extension of time and not complied the conditions. He is not before this Court. If any petition has been filed by the second accused, the defacto complainant may make objections.

5. Issue fresh notice to the second respondent in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9050 of 2023, returnable by 18.09.2023. Private notice is also permitted.

6. Since compliance is reported, Crl.M.P(MD)No.9785 of 2023 is * allowed and fifteen days time is extended for executing the sureties in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2632 of 2023, dated 10.03.2023.

7. In so far as the respondents 1 and 3 are concerned, Crl.O.P(MD)No.9050 of 2023 is dismissed.
