This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No.38 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham.

2. The petitioner has not assigned any reason to entertain this petition. This court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this criminal micellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to file main petition along with certified copy of the charge Sheet in C.C.No.38 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham.
