Mr.D.Ghandiraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.D.Sasi Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the fourth respondent.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the respondents are laying road on the petitioner's patta land in S.No.167/18b measuring an extent of 0.80.0 hectares in Maraikankudieruppu Muthur Revenue Group Ilayangudi Taluk,

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 has filed the report of the Village Administrative Officer, wherein, it has been stated that no road has been laid on the petitioner's patta land in S.No.167/8b. 2/4

4. Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. In case, the road has been indeed laid on the petitioner's property, it is open to the petitioner to work out the remedy in manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
