This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the first respondent/Block Development Officer, dated 12.09.2016, wherein it has been stated that action, in respect of the shops constructed by Meemisal Panchayat, would be taken only after getting the copy of the Judgment, which referred to in the opinion of the Government Advocate.

learned Additional Government Pleaders for the respondents. 3.It is represented that the Judgment copy has been already submitted and it has been received by the Block Development Officer. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition itself has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

4.Under such circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
