Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service in the post of B.T. Assistant for the period from 19.12.2006 to 19.04.2007 along with special grade and petitioner's salary along with annual increment arrears from in the post of Headmaster from 01.01.2011 with all attendance benefits on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2018.

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service in the post of B.T. Assistant for the period from 19.12.2006 to 19.04.2007 along with special grade and his salary along with annual increment arrears from 01.01.2011 in the post of Headmaster with all attendance benefits on the basis of his representation dated 18.01.2018.

respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 18.01.2018 shall be disposed of in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no legal impediments. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
