Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents particularly the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members who did not get involved any offences under the guise of enquiry forthwith. ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members who did not get involved any offences under the guise of enquiry forthwith.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
