O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a fair investigation and to impound the passport of the third respondent till the completion of the investigation and to file a final report in the Crime No.437 of 2020 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchentur and it has not been taken on file so far. 3.Since final report was filed, this petition has become infructuous. Crl.O.P(MD)No.13640 of 2020 Magistrate, Thiruchentur, to process the final report as per rule and after the process is over, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
