ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No. 238 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.238 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 376D, 506(i) of IPC, Sections 3(1)(w)(i), 3(1)(w) (ii), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Section 4 of TNPHW Act, Section 120B & 34 of IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) & 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the accused persons. Seeking quashment of the same on various grounds this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was presented before the concerned Court, and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.89 of 2022.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 26.06.2023 NCC :
