O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquriy.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

However, since the complaint given by the third respondent has been enquired into and closed, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner.
