ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and insist the petitioner to vacate her ancestral house property at the instance of the third respondent herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 10.04.2021. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
