The petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to instruct the respondent Nos.2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner through his representation, dated 19.11.2020 pending before the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the original petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would state that there is no harassment by the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to follow the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in D.K.Basu Vs.
